Francis Street Congregation

Still in its infancy, the congregation at Francis Street is a community whose mission is to welcome all in the name of Christ. Currently, we are offering community-oriented events with the aim of building connections in the community in a way that complies with best practices of COVID safety. We hope to soon be in a position to offer dinner church services.

The campus at Francis Street will soon (in the fall of 2021) be home to two major undertakings. One will be a shelter for women and their families experiencing homelessness. The other will be the congregation at Francis Street. While the two will operate separately, the congregation is delighted to be able to support the ministry of the shelter. It is not only the guest’s temporary home, but the home of our community. As a new church plant, we are excited to see how God will call us to grow and develop an identity in serving the North Asheboro community.
